Chocolate dipped madeleines, the perfect companion to a cup of Earl Grey tea.

For dipping chocolate
1/2 cup chopped bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon milk

Heat all over double boiler and stir until combine and melted. Dip madeleines and cool for an hour to completely set chocolate.
